Ich muss zugeben – ich bin ein richtiger Schokofan 
Egal ob “normale” Vollmilch-Tafelschokolade, weiße Schokolade, Schokoriegel, Schoko+Keks, Schokopudding, oder heiße Schokolade und Kaba – ich liebe es 
Am liebsten würde ich ja jeden Tag Schokolade essen – wenn sie sich nur nicht immer als Hüftgold festsetzen würde *schnief* also muss man sich schon überlegen, wie oft man sich ein Stückchen Schokolade erlauben kann
Obwohl ich (fast) immer Vollmilchschokolade kaufe, finde ich ab und zu ein Stückchen weiße Schokolade nicht schlecht Im Gegensatz zu herkömmlicher Schokolade wird bei der Herstellung der Kakaomasse das Kakaopulver entzogen und nur noch die Kakaobutter zusammen mit Milchbestandteilen und Zucker verwendet. So entsteht weiße Schokolade.
Aber wie gesund ist Schokolade?
Kakao wurde eine blutdrucksenkende Wirkung nachgewiesen. Also kann kakaohaltige Schokolade in geringem Maße zur Blutdrucksenkung beitragen. Schokolade enthält über den Kakaoanteil auch CocoHeal, das sich wachstumsfördernd auf Hautzellen auswirkt und so Wundheilung unterstützt, Hautschäden therapiert, Falten vorbeugt und das Risiko von Magengeschwüren verringert.
Es gibt ja auch die Vermutung, dass Schokolade süchtig macht manchmal könnte man das schon denken, aber keine Sorge – körperliche Abhängigkeit muss nicht befürchtet werden *g* Es gibt auch Hinweise darauf, dass Schokolade beziehungsweise der darin enthaltene Kakao, karieshemmende Wirkung hat.
Nach einer Untersuchung der Zeitschrift Ökotest können bestimmte Bitterschokoladen einen erhöhten Cadmiumgehalt haben, was zu einer Gesundheitsgefährdung führen kann.
Also halte ich mich weiterhin lieber an Vollmilch und weiße Schokolade und da Schokolade anscheinend doch nicht süchtig macht, den Blutdruck senken kann, Falten vorbeugt und eine karieshemmende Wirkung hat, kann ich mit ruhigem Gewissen weiter genießen

Ich glaube jegliche karieshemmende Wirkung wird durch den Zuckeranteil wieder aufgehoben…

die karieshemmende Wirkung bezieht sich glaube ich auch nur auf den reinen Kakaoanteil

Ich muss zugeben, dass ich auch ein bekennender Schokofan bin, versuche aber soweit es geht, den Zucker zu vermeiden.
Ich mal allerdings lieber Schokoladen mit höherem Kakaoanteil. Nicht diese furchtbar herben, aber schon mit ein bisschen mehr Aroma

@Ricarda: Wenn du dunklere Schokolade und Cocos magst, kann ich dir das neue Duplo Zartbitter Cocos empfehlen
